Cabernet Franc from Domaine Jean-Yves Millaire is a rare and graceful single-varietal expression from the biodynamic vineyards of Fronsac, on the right bank of Bordeaux. Made from 100 % Cabernet Franc selected from massal cuttings and vinified with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, this wine marries elegance with freshness, a testament to both grape and place.
In the glass it shows a vibrant ruby hue and an inviting perfume of raspberry and wild red fruit, gently lifted by floral violet and a hint of river-stone freshness. On the palate the texture is bright and poised, where fruit purity flows into vibrant acidity and finely tuned structure. There’s finesse here rather than weight, a wine that feels both refined and deliciously approachable.
Youthful and energetic, it reveals Bordeaux’s lighter, more expressive side while honouring centuries-old tradition.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.

Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
