Tastings at Queen Ave. take place in our private dining space at Queens Bistro in a group of up to 20. We usually pour eight or nine wines over a couple of hours and talk through all that makes them fabulous. Think of it as kind of a dinner party where the wine is the main course and we have a few snacks along the way to keep us happy. We usually have a bit of chat and answer any questions as we go.

Allerton Road tastings, by way of contrast, can best be described as a house party. We'll have 20+ wines being poured amongst a group of up to 40 spread throughout the shop and bar. This is a much more sociable event where you can engage as much or as little with the wine and the chat.

Alternatively if something a bit more private is what you had in mind we have a wealth of experience with putting together bespoke tastings. For more information get in touch.

A word on tickets....This can be a real drag so, whilst in the name of common sense and sustainability, we have to set a basic rule that tickets for the tastings are non refundable and non transferable, we will always do our best to help if you can't make an event. We can make your tickets available and shout about it via our socials, mailing list and waiting list - or put you on the waiting list to be contacted when there is space available for any future events....but we CANNOT offer refunds within two weeks of the event date or simply move you to another event so please keep this in mind when booking.

Please.
