Tucked away in the heart of the Corbières appellation, Château Vieux Moulin is a 200-year-old estate with a rich history, now in the hands of Alexandre They. After returning from military service nearly two decades ago, Alex was faced with the choice to either sell the family estate or take the reins. With little winemaking experience but a passion to preserve his family's legacy, he dove into the world of wine, quickly earning recognition as one of Languedoc’s most innovative and progressive winemakers.
Today, the estate's 28 hectares are fully certified organic, and Alex’s unyielding commitment to quality shines through in every bottle. "I Love You" is a reflection of this ethos—a pure, organic Cinsault made without the addition of any sulphites. Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel and aged for a year on fine lees, this wine offers a delicate yet vibrant expression of the grape.
The nose bursts with aromas of fresh pomegranate, ripe red cherries, and the faintest hint of wild herbs, creating an invitingly perfumed bouquet. On the palate, it’s effortlessly elegant with gentle tannins and bright acidity, giving it a refreshing, easy-drinking character. Light and silky, this is a wine made for casual sipping, whether on its own or paired with light bites. Please let us know if you would like a specific note included with your order. We tend to wrap all bottles in paper and reuse wine cases for shipping to keep our carbon footprint low.
Shipping Costs
Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
