"Pulp" is a striking orange wine crafted from 65-year-old Grenache Gris vines rooted in clay-limestone soils. This unique wine undergoes fermentation with native yeasts, followed by a 40-day skin maceration to build its character. The press juice is seamlessly blended back in, adding complexity, structure, and a touch more depth. True to its natural origins, "Pulp" is bottled without filtration or added sulphur, letting the vineyard speak for itself.
In the glass, it gleams with a deep copper hue. Aromatically, it’s both vibrant and ethereal, with enticing notes of zesty yuzu and fresh citrus oils. On the palate, it strikes a delicate balance between energetic acidity and a plush, velvety texture. Flavours of citrus peel are accompanied by nuances of green tea, ginger spice, and bursts of fresh mandarin. A light tannic grip gives structure, leading to a long, refreshing finish that lingers with lively, complex layers.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
