Château Vieux Moulin stands proudly in the heart of Corbières, the largest appellation in Languedoc. With over 200 years of history, this family-run estate has been shaped by seven generations of passion and dedication. Today, Alexandre They, who took the reins nearly 20 years ago after his military service, runs the estate. Despite his limited experience at the time, Alex embraced the challenge, turning Vieux Moulin into a certified organic haven for expressive wines. Nestled between the warmth of the Mediterranean and the cooling Atlantic "Cers" wind, the vineyards of Corbières are the perfect stage for Carignan, the region's flagship grape.

Natura Soli is a shining example of the estate’s natural approach. Sourced from old-vine Carignan, this zero-sulphur wine offers deep garnet hues and a captivating balance of fresh and stewed dark fruits. A 7-day pre-fermentation cold soak followed by a natural fermentation and extended maceration produces a lush, round palate with ripe tannins. Juicy forest fruits meet spice in a long, satisfying finish.
