Antolini Moropio Amarone Classico showcases the traditional artistry of Amarone production. The grapes are carefully dried on straw mats for about four months, shielded from wind and rain. This process, known as "appassimento," concentrates the natural sugars and flavors, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and complexity.

The Antolini family, known for their dedication to traditional winemaking and innovation, meticulously manages their vineyards in the Valpolicella region. Their commitment to quality and respect for the land is evident in every bottle, making their wines a true reflection of the terroir.

On the nose, this Amarone reveals a symphony of aromas, including ripe blackberries, blueberries, cherries, and dried prunes, interwoven with notes of cinnamon, liquorice, coffee, chocolate, and tobacco. The palate mirrors these intricate flavors, offering a warm, silky texture with refined tannins and a lingering finish that captivates the senses.

What sets this Amarone apart is its aging process. Unlike many others, it spends at least 12 months maturing in a variety of woods of oak, mulberry, chestnut, and cherry before undergoing six months of bottle refinement. This unique approach adds layers of complexity and enhances the wine’s distinctive character.

Crafted from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, this wine is ideal for those seeking a contemplative experience. It’s perfect for enjoying on its own, offering a moment of introspection with every sip.
