Collection: Du Vin à l'Âme

There is something deeply thoughtful about the wines of Du Vin à l'Âme. Not just in the way they are made, but in the way Caroline and Alexandre Savoye Stehly approach the land itself — with patience, intuition and genuine respect for the living rhythm of the vineyard.

Founded with their first vintage in 2023, the domaine is based in Glézé in Beaujolais, where the couple organically and biodynamically farm a small patchwork of vines across clay-limestone soils and the granitic terroirs of Moulin-à-Vent. Alongside established parcels, they have also begun planting massal-selection Chardonnay sourced from Burgundy and the Jura, bringing even more personality and diversity to the young estate.

Alexandre’s journey through estates such as Bret Brothers, Château Revelette and La Bonne Tonne helped shape a winemaking philosophy rooted in purity and restraint. Fermentations are natural, wines are neither fined nor filtered, and sulphur is used only sparingly at bottling, allowing each cuvée to speak clearly of its place and vintage.

Their wines feel alive — vibrant, honest and incredibly drinkable — often opening beautifully with air and revealing layer after layer of texture and energy in the glass.

The couple also continue to experiment with terracotta amphorae, exploring different levels of oxygenation through both modern TAVA amphorae and more porous Artenova vessels. It is all part of a wider philosophy at Du Vin à l'Âme: thoughtful winemaking with soul, sensitivity and a deep connection to terroir.
