Du Vin à l'Âme - Ensemble C’est Tout Rouge

Ensemble C’est Tout is a stunning expression of Moulin-à-Vent that captures both the power and finesse that make this cru one of Beaujolais’ most compelling terroirs. Sourced from remarkable old Gamay vines averaging 84 years of age, this is a wine with depth, character and a beautiful sense of place running through every glass.

Rooted in granitic soils and farmed organically and biodynamically, the wine is crafted with the same gentle, low-intervention philosophy that defines the domaine. Fermentation takes place naturally with indigenous yeasts, the wine remains unfined and unfiltered, and only minimal sulphur is added at bottling to preserve its purity and energy.

There is an incredible balance here between concentration and freshness. Dark cherry, wild raspberry and delicate violet notes unfold alongside subtle spice, crushed stone and an earthy savoury edge that slowly reveals itself with air. The old vines bring texture and quiet structure, while the granite gives the wine a lifted mineral tension that keeps everything vibrant and precise.

This is Moulin-à-Vent with soul... layered, expressive and deeply drinkable despite its complexity. A wine that feels equally at home opened now with a little patience in the glass or cellared to reveal even greater depth over time.
