Jessie Monday is a 22-year-old singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Somerset, now splitting her time between Liverpool and London. Her songs ignore passing trends in favour of something more timeless, mixing the warmth of 1960s pop ballads with the storytelling of musical theatre, and a little jazz and rock ’n’ roll besides. A lifelong Beatles fan, she’s also known for her stripped-back piano covers, and she films weekly performances in her kitchen on a vintage video camera.
Opening the night is Liverpool’s own Bunny Alex, whose dreamy, bedroom-pop sound is all soft vocals, gentle guitar and a summer-sunset glow. Their latest single, ‘The Ocean’, captures the giddy feeling of falling for someone, and is a taste of what’s to come from their debut EP.
Pull up a seat, pour a glass and settle in for a night of live music among the bottles.
The Back Room is for ticket holders only from 7.30pm. Doors close at 7.50pm and the music starts at 8.00pm.

Tastings
You'll be tasting wines with a group of around twenty people, spread across Queen Avenue if the weather holds up. Be ready to sit next to a stranger and make friends over a nice glass of wine.
Bottle Shop
The wines that you're tasting will be available to purchase from the wine shop after the tasting. We'll probably open up a couple of extras whilst there too!
