This vibrant sparkling Raboso is an instant crowd-pleaser, always stealing the show at our tasting events. Think of it as Lambrusco’s bold and charismatic cousin—deep ruby in colour with striking purple hues, it’s a wine that demands attention before you even take a sip.
The nose bursts with the scent of Morello cherries, wild berries, and a hint of violets, setting the stage for a dry, full-bodied palate packed with juicy red fruit. Its lively acidity keeps things fresh, while the fine bubbles add a playful lift, making each sip as invigorating as the last.
Crafted with care, the grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, then left to macerate for 15 days in stainless steel to extract all that vibrant flavour. After fermentation, the wine is gently racked and aged in cool cellars, preserving its energy and freshness. Best enjoyed young, this is a sparkling red with real personality—lively, fruit-forward, and effortlessly drinkable.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Delivery Times

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
