This vibrant sparkling Raboso dazzles with its deep ruby red colour and elegant purple tints. The bouquet unfolds with bright aromas of Morello cherry and wild berries, while the palate offers a dry, full-bodied experience brimming with fresh red fruit. Its lively acidity and well-rounded balance make it a versatile choice.
The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested, followed by a 15-day soak in stainless steel tanks to extract maximum flavour. After primary fermentation, the wine is gently racked to create the base for this sparkling Raboso. Aged in a cool, dark cellar to maintain its freshness, this wine is best enjoyed within a year.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
