Valencia might not be the first place that comes to mind for delicate, fresh reds, but Rafael Cambra is out to change that. Sourced from ten-year-old Garnacha vines planted in sandy soils with a stony top layer, Soplo captures both the warmth of the Mediterranean sun and the freshness of its 700m altitude. While summer temperatures can hit 40°C, the elevation ensures balance, giving this wine its signature vibrancy.
Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, with 10% whole bunches for extra lift, Soplo is gently pumped over for around 12 days before spending four months in seasoned French oak, followed by time in concrete to preserve its purity. The result? Perfumed plum and raspberry aromas with a hint of earth and leather. Juicy wild berry flavours glide over smooth, chalky tannins, with a streak of minerality and a fresh, elegant finish. A bright, expressive take on Garnacha—perfect for chilling slightly in summer or sipping year-round.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
