Cava Pago De Tharsys Brut Nature offers a refined expression of Spain’s sparkling wine tradition, crafted in the heart of the Utiel-Requena DO. Produced by the prestigious Pago de Tharsys estate, this Cava reflects the family’s commitment to quality and their deep respect for terroir, using hand-harvested grapes from their organically farmed vineyards.
The wine is a harmonious blend of native Spanish varieties, primarily Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, with a touch of Chardonnay. It opens with fresh aromas of citrus zest, green apple, and delicate floral notes, accented by a subtle hint of brioche and almond from extended lees ageing. Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
