A tribute to the vibrant vision of Taras and Amber Ochota, ‘A Forest’ Pinot Noir is a bright, earthy expression of South Australian terroir. Sourced from two high-altitude vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this Pinot combines two clones to create a wine that captures the Ochotas' commitment to purity, texture, and energy. The grapes are picked early to retain natural acidity and fermented with indigenous yeasts, following a hands-off, minimal-intervention philosophy inspired by the biodynamic farmers Taras admired in the south of France. The wine undergoes whole-bunch fermentation and longer maceration, creating layers of texture and tension, while aging in old French oak brings depth without overpowering the fruit. ‘A Forest’ Pinot Noir offers a beguiling mix of red cherry, wild strawberry, and earthy spice, with a nervy, mouth-watering acidity that finishes fresh and long. In Taras’ words, it’s “something delicious and gorgeous,” crafted with care and love.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
