While many producers in this tourist-rich region might be tempted by easy sales, Bourret’s commitment to hard work and excellence has paid off. The results are nothing short of stupefying, with La Bastide Rouge standing as a testament to the dedication of its winemaking team.
Crafted from 30-year-old vines rooted in clay and limestone soils with patches of gravel, this blend of 77% Mourvèdre, 13% Grenache, 8% Cinsault, and 2% Syrah bursts with rich, concentrated aromas and flavours. Expect an intoxicating bouquet of blackberries, blackcurrants, and liquorice, underscored by sweet spices and earthy tones. The wine’s full-bodied nature is supported by a firm tannic backbone, delivering both power and finesse in every glass.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.

Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
