From the sun-drenched vineyards of La Consulta in Mendoza's Uco Valley, this Cabernet Franc exemplifies the elegance and depth achievable in Argentina's high-altitude terroirs. Harvested manually in the second week of April, the 30-year-old vines yield grapes that are vinified with meticulous care: a cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, and a 25-day maceration period. Notably, 35% of the wine is aged for twelve months in French oak barrels, adding subtle complexity, before a further eight months of bottle aging.
In the glass, it presents a deep garnet red hue. The nose is greeted with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, such as cherries and blueberries, combined with spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a complex and elegant profile, with soft and gentle tannins that emphasize its distinctive style.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
