Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles Zoï

Zoï is a blend built on balance and instinct—three grapes coming together not to compete, but to complement. It’s versatile by design, shaped to adapt, yet always carrying a clear identity rooted in fruit, structure, and subtle coastal influence.

From the varied soils of the Loire Valley, this is a red cuvée built from 40% Merlot, 40% Grolleau Noir, and 20% Cabernet Franc. At Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles, the approach focuses on preserving the character of each variety while allowing them to merge naturally in the final blend—Merlot bringing roundness, Grolleau Noir adding brightness and energy, and Cabernet Franc contributing structure and aromatic lift.

The nose is immediately expressive, led by intense red fruit—ripe, generous, and inviting. On the palate, the wine expands into something more layered: a combination of structure and volume supported by a gentle mineral thread, shaped by the saline influence of the terroir. There’s a tactile presence here, with fine tannins providing grip without hardness, wrapped in a supple, juicy core of fruit.

The finish is both smooth and lightly structured, where savoury tannic edges meet a moreish, flowing fruit character. It’s a wine that feels adaptable by nature—equally at home in relaxed moments or more focused tasting.
