Crépus’Bulle sits at the meeting point between dusk and effervescence,... soft light fading, bubbles rising. It’s a natural rosé sparkling wine made in the ancestral method, carrying a sense of spontaneity and quiet craft, where fermentation is allowed to finish in bottle and shape the wine from within.
From the coastal-influenced vineyards of the Loire Valley, this cuvée is built on 70% Grolleau Noir and 30% Grolleau Gris, with the final blend varying slightly depending on the vintage. At Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles, native yeasts are added at bottling to restart fermentation naturally, creating the wine’s fine, integrated sparkle before disgorging and final closure.
In the glass, it shows a delicate orange-pink hue, subtle, glowing, and slightly wild in appearance. The aromatics are expressive but lifted: soft peach and bright grapefruit sit at the centre, giving the wine both juiciness and freshness in equal measure.
On the palate, there’s an immediate burst of fine bubbles that create a creamy mousse-like texture, lively and energetic without feeling heavy. The fruit carries through with good persistence, gradually giving way to a gentle, refined bitterness on the finish that adds definition and length.
This is a sparkling rosé with real personality, unpolished in the best sense, vibrant, textural, and full of natural energy.
