As the name suggests, this is Gamay at its most joyful, light on its feet, fruit-forward, and effortlessly drinkable. Sourced from hand-harvested fruit and handled with real care from vineyard to cellar, it’s a wine that captures both precision and playfulness in equal measure.
A short carbonic maceration of 7–10 days, using only indigenous yeasts and no added sulphur, draws out a vivid, unfiltered expression of the grape. The result is all about purity, bright, crunchy red fruits and ripe black cherry, wrapped in a soft, supple texture that glides across the palate. There’s no heaviness here, no harsh edges, just a gentle, juicy flow with a freshness that keeps you coming back for another glass.
Unfined, and either unfiltered or only very lightly so, this is Gamay in its most honest form. Chill it slightly, open it early, and don’t overthink it. This is a wine made for good company and easy moments.

Please let us know if you would like a specific note included with your order. We tend to wrap all bottles in paper and reuse wine cases for shipping to keep our carbon footprint low.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

Vintages
We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
