Drawn from a single three-hectare vineyard, with vines averaging around 40 years of age, “Botti” carries a natural depth and quiet confidence. This is Sangiovese shaped by time and place, more layered, more contemplative, yet still very much alive with freshness.
In the glass, it shows a brilliant ruby red, gently shading towards garnet at the rim. The nose opens generously with notes of wild sour cherry and dried hay, followed by a subtle weave of spice, before settling into more savoury tones of balsamic and pipe tobacco.
On the palate, it’s poised and purposeful. Freshness runs through the core, supported by fine, youthful tannins that give structure without heaviness. The fruit leans towards bitter cherry, bringing a slight grip and a dry, savoury finish that lingers with intent.
Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and tonneaux, the oak is well judged, adding shape and depth without overshadowing the purity of the fruit. A grounded, expressive Sangiovese with both energy and structure.

Shipping should be automatically adjusted depending on your postcode. Free delivery covers all Liverpool postcodes, and the following Cheshire postcodes: CH41-49, CH60-63.

We will endeavour to deliver vintages as advertised but they often change faster than we can update (we're pretty slow). So, again, it may be wise to confirm before ordering if you're in need of something particular. Please note: Some bottle images may not show the current vintage.
Surcharges
Surcharges often apply to deliveries outside mainland England so wise to confirm before you order. Indeed, Northern Ireland is beyond us unless shipping charges agreed beforehand.
Returns
