The grapes are produced in vineyards that are grown in poor gravel and sand soils, planted in low trellises in order to absorb the heat that rises from the ground better.
After the destemming of the grape, it ferments at a controlled temperature between 2 and 3 weeks.
Once the fermentation finishes, there are various pressings before the aging in French and American oak barrels which lasts for 24 months.
