Bouland Bellevue Morgon
Big fan of Daniel Bouland - big fan of Morgon and, it would seem, big fan of the lieu-dix they call Bellevue.
Hand picked fruit (of course), wild yeast ferment, concrete to wood to bottle, unfiltered along the way.
Big on aromatics, concentrated fruit, and silky texture. Saw somewhere the tannins described as 'rippling' but I have no idea as to what that might mean.
