Roberto Sarotto Gavi di Gavi
Unique calcareous marlstone soils in the Gavi commune with a privileged south-facing position. The grapes are sourced from vines that are on average 40 years old, producing fewer and more concentrated bunches of grapes. Quite rich in texture compared to most Gavi but still soft and gentle. Medium-bodied and silky with plenty of juicy peach and pear fruit alongside stoney minerality.
