Jean-Paul Brun carved a different path for himself in Beaujolais. His feelings are that the character of Gamay and its varied terroirs is obscured by use of commercial yeasts and copious sulphur.

Beaujolais Blanc Classic - 100% Chardonnay Brun planted Chardonnay in 1983 on the sandy, limestone-rich clay soils. The vines are organically farmed and the fruit harvested by hand. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation its lees stirred periodically, and is aged in steel and concrete tank until bottling in the spring after the vintage; a minimal amount of sulfur is applied at bottling.
Beaujolais Blanc Vinification Bourguignonne - 100% Chardonnay This is a special cuvée from the hero of the limestone-based soils of the southern Beaujolais, Jean-Paul Brun. Not showy, but refined. Subtly honeyed, slightly creamy, lemony fruit with a lovely mineral core to it.
L'Ancien Vieilles Vignes - 100% Gamay L'Ancien comes from Jean-Paul's oldest vines. Incredible raspberry fruits on the nose that follow through on the palate. Beaujolais as it should be. Vinification has a Burgundian feel, with a cold soaking of the grapes and a light “pigeage” to extract colour and flavour from the skins.
Le Ronsay - 100% Gamay Le Ronsay is designed to enhance the appeal of the youthful primary fruit. It is produced using wild yeast so maintains it's individuality.
Morgon Côtes du Py - 100% Gamay Morgon is considered by many to be the very best area for Beaujolais. This cru is one of the freshest and liveliest wines from this area that we have tasted along with the Lapierre and the Foillard. Cherry fruits in this wine along with the trademark spicy minerality as well as the strong structure that this wine displays.
Bourgogne Pinot Noir - 100% Pinot Noir Believing in his limestone terroir, maverick Jean-Paul Brun planted Pinot Noir in the middle of the Beaujolais. The result is this fabulous wine. The great harvest helps the wine to a higher class. Smooth and beautifully refined.
FRV100 - 100% Gamay The name "FRV100" is a play on the word "effervescent" and is indicative of the playfulness of this off-dry sparkling rose. Vibrant and fresh on the palate. Aromas of raspberries and cherries, a hint of sweetness and low in alcohol.
Crémant de Bourgogne Charme - 100% Chardonnay Made with the same winemaking method used to produce the wines of Champagne. The wine is aged 18 months on its lees (dead yeast cells) before the wine is released. It has a green apple and citrus character, with chalky minerality making its presence known on the tangy, briny finish.
